Here's how you can comfort yourself in the yellow zone

- Find something comforting to calm down (how to make a comfort kit)
- Check out some calming mindfulness videos (see below)
- Focus on right now, one thing at a time.
- Do some exercise- get your heart pumping and get out of breath- run, do jumping jacks, dance, etc.
- Wash your face with cold water
- Make a to-do list if you are overwhelmed. Break those items into smaller items and get started!
- Do a grounding exercise- focus on your breath, feel your feet on the ground, use your senses.
