Feeling sad, lonely, or bored?
We all feel that way sometimes.
Here are some ideas to try.
- Comfort yourself! (Do you have a comfort kit? Use it! If you don't, make one! Here's mine)
- Do something that makes you feel secure.
- Exercise (even dance or run in place for 2 minutes)
- Call a friend, talk to your family
- Write down your thoughts
- Try some breathing exercises (click here for some ideas)
- Listen to music
- Read an inspiring book
- Practice gratitude! (see video linked below)
- Use your senses in an unusual way (listen to bells ringing, do a tasting, be barefoot, go outside and look closely to notice something new)
- Take my wellness inventory and pick a new habit
- Contact Kristin to talk about it! (Click here) or email me [email protected]
If you are spending most of your time in the blue zone, please reach out to me or talk to an adult in your life who can help.
